Charles has recently been appointed brand ambassador for American Heart Association. Now Charles Chen tours all over the country with Whole Foods Market, hosting Dinner Club Pop-Ups & his infamous #PartyInYourMouth Wellness Parties in collaboration with Equinox. Charles has worked with Top Chef's such as Emeril Lagasse, and his restaurant experience include Esquire's Named Best Restaurant Faith & Flower in Los Angeles & James Beard Noted Restaurant Charlie Bird in New York City. In his free time Charles has traveled all over the world gathering his inspiration from Top Chefs from Joel Robuchon to Traditional grandma's cooking the most authentic local cuisines.
