- 2 Zucchini Diced
- 2 Cucumber Diced
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 3 Avocados
- 1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Lemon Juice
- Handful of Basil
- Pinch of Cayenne & Pink Salt to Taste
- 1 piece of Wild Caught Salmon from Butcher Box
- Black Sesame Seeds, Lemon, Basil to Garnish
Diced Veggies, Prep Bell Peppers, Blend Sauce, Mix Sauce with Zucchini & Cucumbers then fill the bell peppers top off with wild salmon. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes. Top with garnish and serve. Watch video below.
