Japanese Seaweed Tofu Salad

Perfect Simple Japanese Tofu Salad for a Light Snack or Meal! Cooling for the body, and easy to digest, your body will thank you for eating this meal! :) 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 Cup Cucumbers

  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Carrots

  • 1 Cup Organic Tofu Non Gmo

  • Handful of Nori Shredded

  • Pinch of Cayenne

  • Handful of Bonito Flakes

  • 3/4 Cup Wild Asian Mushrooms

  • 2 Tablespoon of Gluten Free Tamari

  • 1 Teaspoon of Roasted Sesame Oil

  • Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

Assemble, Top with favorite topping, and ENJOY!
