My name is Charles Chen, wellness coach and social entrepreneur. I started my own journey through my rock bottom with health, and transformed my life. I started a tiny little blog that gained lots of traction and continued to share my passion with the world and learned how to monetize my passion into a career. Never in my mind did I think building a humble personal brand would lead me to all these amazing experiences. My journey has led me to being featured on Good Morning America, Dr.Oz, Netflix and more.
Prior to turning my passion into a career. I worked a 9-5 working in house marketing for a health food brand, I learned so much as I received thousands of pitch decks, learned how to create win win brand partnerships, and learned all the inner workings of building a successful brand with longevity.
