2 Gluten Free Bread Cut Into Four Slices
1/2 Cup Your Favorite Marinara Sauce
1/2 Cup Fresh Salad Mix (Carrots, Romaine)
3/4 Cup Cucumber
3/4 Cup Cherry Tomatos
3/4 Cup Organic Non-Gmo Corn
2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Handful of Favorite Nuts to Top at End ( I use Hazelnuts)
1 Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegrette
Cut bread into four slices
Spread Marinara Sauce On Bread Evenly
Mix Spring Salad Mix with Cut Cucumbers and Tomato & Season with Olive Oil, Vinegrette Salt and Pepper! Top onto bread sprinkle corn and extra marinara sauce.
Enjoy cold or warm with oven at 275 for 5 mins
