Who doesn't love BALLS! Chocolate Protein Truffle Balls That Is! These are perfect to snack on at work, or post-workout  Filled with Healthy Fats & Protein for muscle recovery

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • 1/2 cup of flaxmeal
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • salted caramel sauce ( optional)
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • handful of crushed walnuts
  • 1 tbsp of cranberries 
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp Maca Powder (Optional)

Coatings

  • Mulberries

  • Cacao Nibs

  • Goji Berries

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix until well combined
  2. Remove and form into 1 inch balls
  3. Roll energy balls into coating of your choice
  4. Enjoy immediately or store in fridge for up to 2-3 weeks
