Founder of Zzeal a wellness influencer platform.  At one point in his life Charles struggled with his health and weighed up to 260 pounds. Charles was pre-diabetic, lethargic, and had no motivation. After my friend @codybeverstock suddenly passed away it shook me open. It was a real wake up call that life is short and you really never know how long you’ll be around. Oftentimes we live for the future and forget to live in the NOW. We put aside our dreams, and allow our fears to get the best of us. Staying stagnant and playing safe does not serve anybody. Cody’s life was a gift and reminder that we only live once and we should “Create Something Beautiful”. Wether it’s making new friends, taking up a new hobby, pushing beyond our comfort zones, “life is a darling adventure or nothing” once said Hellen Keller. I challenge you this week to do something out of your “NORM”, speak to a new person, order something you never ordered, go somewhere you’ve never been, and help someone you don’t know. Back In The City That Never Sleeps 🗽There’s something in the air in New York City, and no I’m not talking the smog 🚕I’m talking about that creative energy, the freedom to be who you truly are. New York is filled with hopes and dreams, not to mention garbage trucks yes the dichotomies makes this city interesting. In one corner you have Authentic Chinatown and in another corner you have high fashion, this town is filled with immigrants who come to claim their slice of the American Dream. This is the city that taught me about work ethic, loyalty and learning about different cultures. New Yorkers are usually blunt but they are always a community and will unite whenever needed. I am grateful to be back in the city, inspired by the hustle, and soaking in all the creative juices. Let the adventures begin 🙏😎🕺💯🙌
