This may be this BEST vegan NACHOS ever!!! Yes the Chiptole Cheese sauce is to LIVE for!!! Perfect for a party or social gathering! Be careful these may run out very quickly! ENJOY & Feel Free to share!

INGREDIENTS: 

Chipotle Cheese

  • 2 Cups Diced Potatoes (Steamed)
  • 1 Cup Diced Carrots (Steamed)
  • 2 Tablespoon of Raw Cashews
  • 1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 2 Teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup of Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • Dash of Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder
  • 2 Chipotle Chiles in Adobo to taste

Nachos

  • Your favorite organic non-gmo corn chips
  • 1/3 Cup Non-Gmo Yellow Corn
  • 1/3 Cup Edamame Cooked (Shelled)
  • 1/3 Cup Cooked Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/3 Cup of Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Chopped Soy or Any Vegan Chorizo Links 
  • Sprinkle Hemps Seeds & Chopped Cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS:

Steam Carrots & Potato, and cool blend all sauce ingredients, prep nachos on bowl top with veggies and pour sauce. Top with hemp seeds & cilantro! ENJOY!
